Valencia

Probably of Portuguese origin, it is considered to be the leading variety worldwide. The fruits are of medium caliber size, its rind is of good color, thin and consistent. The flesh also has good color, with high contents of tasty and attractive juice with few seeds or almost none.
Its particular characteristics make this variety an excellent choice for fresh consumption as well as for juice. The calendar of exportation begins in July and ends in late December.
