Royal Gala

Royal Gala was developed in New Zealand. Has the skin with red and orange striates on a yellow greenish bottom. Has a rounded shape, and its pulp is white, creaking and consistent. Very aromatic and juicy.
It is one of the favorites varieties to eat fresh. It is heart shaped and the rind is of a distinctive yellow - orange color with red lines. The Gala apple has the perfect size for a snack and is excellent for salads and good to bake and to do mash.
