Fuji

This variety is original of Japan. Resulted from a crossing among the varieties Red Delicious and Ralls Janet.
The fruits are big, the colours may vary from yellow to red. The flesh is of a yellowish colour, sweet with a very good flavour.
It is a variety of firm, creaking and sweet flesh, and stands as an excellent choice for fresh consumtion. Also it is good to bake and to do mash, and it can be stored with good results.
